Hypertech Solutions Limited is looking for 10 enthusiastic, career minded individuals with a strong work ethic and commitment to teamwork. They will be responsible for generating face-to-face conversations with prospective customers to promote and sell products and services in various parts of the country. The primary goal is to acquire new customers and enroll them. Sales Agents will be expected to achieve goals set by the Sales Team Lead and/or Area Manager. They will also work closely with other members of the Sales Team to determine best practices, maximize customer satisfaction, learn market trends, and support sales and marketing initiatives.

  • Identify and acquire new markets for various company products.
  • Deliver sales presentations/proposals to prospective clients with a successful closing rate.
  • Develop market analysis to identify customer needs, price schedules and discount rate.
  • Based on information provided by the customers, discuss and assist customers’ fit to match with the most suitable price plan and promotion/incentive.
  • Collect and maintain data records on the areas of assignment.
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
  • Perform professional orientation & training.
  • Carrying out brand awareness for the company.
  • Working onsite at assigned location(s) or event(s) within an assigned geography.
  • Finding new clients shall involve travelling to clients on the assigned area hence one should be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays (according to customer demand)
  • This position will have a contract of 3 Months, but renewable based purely on performance.

  • Nakuru / Naivasha
  • Mombasa / Kilifi
  • Meru / Chuka
  • Machakos / Kitui
  • Nyeri / Nanyuki
  • Thika / Murang'a
  • Tech Savvy. Candidate must be confident in a selling environment that entails Online, internet or software products & services.
  • Must be reliable and willing to learn new tools and strictly follow processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience working in sales or marketing team environment.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Above average desktop computer skills with experience in Pages, Numbers, Keynote or MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Professional demeanor. Sell yourself. Be ready to prove why you are the one to take this position.
  • MUST have some experience in sales, marketing, and/or business development.
  • Diploma, Bachelors Degree or Technical Degree
  • Past experience in a related industry or equivalent experience an added advantage.
